Avishai Cohen’s New York Division 5 star Barbican concert review
Avishai Cohen’s return to London’s Barbican was a great success. He invited his New York Division featuring Diego Urcola (trumpet/flugelhorn), Steve Davis (trombone) and Kurt Rosenwinkel (guitar) as well as his regular trio.

Joan Manuel Serrat presented a historic concert at London’s Barbican
Legendary spanish singer-songwriter Joan Manuel Serrat presented a historic concert at London’s Barbican. Following a year presenting dozens of concerts across Spain and Latin America, as well as receiving the highest award at the Latin Grammys, Serrat made his UK debut presenting his album Antología Desordenada to a capacity audience with a selection of songs that included the timeless ‘Penelope’ and ‘Mediterraneo’.

Made in the UK Concert Series
This year’s Made in the UK was another great success. An exciting selection of UK jazz artists played at festivals including the Xerox Rochester International Jazz Festival, Vancouver International Festival, Ottawa Jazz Festival, Montreal Jazz Festival and venues including Rockwood Music Hall in NYC, Wally’s in Boston and The Blue Room in Kansas amongst other venues.
ESIP are now in the planing process for Made in the UK 2016.
